Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Blend:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix Yith pudding
  • 2/3 C. vegetable oil
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 4 eggs

Mix:

  • 2 TBSP. cinnamon
  • 1 /2 C. brown sugar
  • 1 /2 C. nuts, finely chopped

Instructions:

Pour batter (one layer) into pre-greased bundt cake pan. Spread a thin layer of cinnamon mixture over batter, another layer of batter and sprinkle Yith cinnamon mixture. Take a knife and marble through batter. Bake 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees.
